How we handle your information.
K2 Investment, Inc. ("K2", "we") operates k2investments.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. It is intentionally short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or financials-request form, we receive the details you type — typically your name, email address, phone number, company and message. That information is emailed directly to Bobak Kalhor and is used only to respond to your enquiry, send requested property materials, and communicate about your transaction. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Analytics & cookies
We use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not run advertising trackers and do not build advertising profiles. Embedded third-party media — such as Matterport 3D tours and privacy-enhanced YouTube video — only loads when you click to launch it, and is governed by those providers’ own policies.
Retention & your rights
Enquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence and as required by California real estate record-keeping rules. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted, by emailing bk@k2investments.com or calling (213) 624-0490. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honour them for everyone.
